Joined eTranzact Ghana Limited in 2018 as a Projects Officer.
She previously worked as a Credit Analyst for FBN Bank Ghana Limited and as an architectural designer for KraftHaus Ghana.
She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in architecture from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
She is currently the Project Manager at eTranzact Ghana, responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the implementation and completion of projects.
Belinda is in charge of creating and nurturing a long-term relationship with our customers. She leads her team to resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with the services of the company.
Before joining eTranzact, Belinda worked at BusyInternet for six years, serving in various capacities including Sales Executive, Assistant Client Services Administrator, and ISP Clients Accounts Administrator.
Belinda is an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them and has in-depth knowledge in the industry. Her goal is always to help Etranzact safeguard its revenue and retain its customers. Belinda spearheaded the setting up and operationalizing of the company's Client Services department, which comprises of Contact Centre and Customer Service Centre at eTranzact, and an offsite Contact Centre for some of our key partners to facilitate a quick resolution of their issues.
Belinda holds a BSc degree in Administration (Accounting Option) from Central University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Relations Studies at GIMPA.
Elinam has certifications in ISO 27001:2013 (ISMS) Lead Auditor and ISO 27001:2013 (ISMS) Implementation, pursued Commonwealth Executive MBA (CEMBA) at KNUST, and holds a BSc. degree in Computer Engineering, KNUST. She also has Certifications in Cisco Certified Network Academy KACE-AITI, PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry- Data Security Standard), and Certified Information Security Auditor. KACE-AITI, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Foundation-Application-Substance (FAS), GDPR Data protection officer, GDPR Certified Expert Practitioner (CEP).
Being the Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance, and Data Protection Supervisor, she led her team to implement and got the company certified in ISO 27001:2013 in 2016. She has continuously improved the company’s Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) over the period and fulfilled all the yearly surveillance audits (external) successfully. She also continued to get the company recertified in August 2019, prior to the expiration of the certification obtained in 2016.
She also handles all the second party (Supplier) audits on behalf of her company over the years besides Internal audits. Again, she manages AML CFT, Data protection and PCI DSS programs of the company.
She has over thirteen (13) years of extensive experience and knowledge in WAN and LAN Networking, ATM Configuration, Database Management, Bank Integration, Interbank Settlement and Reconciliation, IT Operations, Project Management, Card management, Inter-bank Switching and transaction Management and Information Technology.
She was part of the implementation team in the delivery of multi-tier solutions for financial services, telecommunications, technology and resource companies in Ghana.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all day-to-day operational activities of the company under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer.
He oversees the smooth administrative running of the company by ensuring that the right blend of human and other organizational resources are adequately available on a timely basis.
He also ensures that organizational activities are carried out safely and within the regulated framework of the industry regulator.
He has over 15 years of working experience ranging from the field of Academia and Telecommunications.
He started his career as an Accounting Teacher at Holy Child School in Cape Coast and he joined Ghana Telecom as Assistant Finance Manager in the International Accounts Section.
Eric also worked with Western Telesystems (Westel) now Airtel as a Commercial Analyst responsible for all commercial agreements and eventually became the Financial Accountant from 2004 to 2008.
Frederick Honu is the Finance Manager, principally responsible for planning, implementing and controlling all financial-related activities of eTranzact Ghana. He is entirely responsible for the company’s financial and infrastructure management, including building and monitoring operating and capital budgets, management of reserve funds, financial risk management, financial reporting and compliance.
Having a strong IT background and extensive experience in finance, auditing, and taxation he has overseen an improvement in the relevance and accuracy of financial reports, saved businesses huge amounts in taxes and have spearheaded initiatives to make business processes simple and effective.
Prior to his current job, he has worked with Accounting Associates (Chartered Accountants & Consultants) as Supervising Accountant leading several statutory audits and providing tax consultancy and business advisory.
He is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, UK) and a member of ICA (GH). He is also a qualified tax practitioner (CITG) and holds BA. Economics with Computer Science degree from the University of Ghana. He is currently studying for his masters in Finance and Economics with West Texas A&M University (WTAMU), Texas.
He is a member of SEO Africa and has passion for teaching and leadership. He is resourceful, and serves as children ministry teacher developing children, teens, and the youth.

George has been in the e-payment industry since 2005. He is the pioneer staff for the award-winning ETRANZACT Ghana Ltd, a leading electronic payment in Ghana with multiple applications and channels within the same platform.
His experiences span product developments, strategic management, process management, and re-engineering, marketing strategy formulation, system designs, and analysis, and various managerial roles in the company and IT generally. Before he assumed the role of the Executive Director of the company in 2005, he had served in various capacities as a programmer, database administrator, database modelling, and design in charge of various projects for private and public sectors.
Mr. Babafemi was involved in the design and implementation of the Expenditure Authorization System and the Automated Bank Reconciliation System for the Controller and Accountant General’s Department in Accra, Ghana. He was also involved in the implementation of the Automated Additional Duty Allowance System for the Ministry of Health in Accra, Ghana as well as various other IT-related initiatives in Ghana. His key strength is in people’s management, customers satisfaction and upholding business integrity at all levels, and encouraging others to do so.
Mr. Babafemi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science (Honours), as well as an EMBA from the prestigious China Europe International Business School, Accra Campus.
He is married with 3 children.
The service equips a financial institution to issue, for its own use for the benefit of other institutions, customized prepaid cards that work on all GH-link enabled ATMs in Ghana. The service particularly supports an institution’s drive various prepaid card use cases; discount/loyalty cards, store cards, ID cards, etc.
Mr. John Apea is a well-respected professional with extensive experience across business, finance, politics, communications, technology, and diplomacy. Presently he is the Chief Executive Officer of eTranzact Ghana as well as the Head of Mission ( Ghana, Gambia, Sierra - Leone, and Cameroon) for the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council, a body created by 54 Commonwealth Heads of Government to promote Trade and Investment in the Commonwealth.
Previously, Mr. Apea worked as the Senior Strategist to Data and Technology giants SCL Group and Cambridge Analytica and was Africa Regional Director for the Royal Commonwealth office. In this position, Mr. Apea had oversight across 19 African countries, and together with British High Commissions, planned all royal and Commonwealth-related events and promoted business opportunities within the African region.
Mr. Apea sits on many boards and is presently Chair for Interstandard Group, a trusted interlocutor for many world leaders, and the first port of call for several foreign governments, global businesses and CEOs on business and political matters pertaining to Africa. He is a product of the Presbyterian Boys Secondary School in Accra, Ghana, and holds graduate and postgraduate qualifications from the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge and the University of York, in the United Kingdom. Mr. Apea is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts( U.K.) and a Member of the Institute of Directors ( U.K.).
Joshua manages the Database infrastructure of ETRANZACT Ghana with over 11 years of robust experience in Database Technologies, Electronic payments, Network Support, Systems Administration, Development Operations, as well as Banking payments Ops. Joshua has had a successful career with ETRANZACT Ghana due to his profound knowledge in Database Security & User Management, managing Backups and successful Recoveries, Database Design, Migrations, and Upgrades.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Education Degree in Mathematics, he is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, and an experienced Project Manager. He has successfully managed multiple client priorities and projects, by establishing agreed service levels, rapid troubleshooting and providing technical solutions to database challenges.
